Ladybird Strawberries

Whip up these easy ladybird strawberries thanks to Coles in just 10 minutes, they’re almost too cute to eat!

Ingredients

  • 60g dark chocolate melts
  • 250g strawberries
  • 20g pkt Coles Funny Face Icing Figurines

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high (100%) for 1 min. Stir. Repeat, stirring every 30 secs, until melted and smooth.
  2. Dip the ends of the strawberries, 1 at a time, into the chocolate. Place on the lined tray and decorate with eyes from the Funny Face Icing Figurines.
  3. Transfer the remaining chocolate to a sealable plastic bag. Cut off 1 corner. Pipe dots on each strawberry. Set aside to set.
