Snow People Pikelets

Add a little winter magic to your breakfasts these July School Holidays, with this easy recipe from Coles. The kids will just love these snow people pikelets.

Ingredients

• 4 pikelets
• Leo Coco Belgian White Choc & Hazelnut Spread, to serve
• Mixed berries, to decorate
• Brown Mars M&M’s Minis, to decorate
• Black writing icing, to decorate
• Icing sugar, to dust

Method

1. Use a 6cm-round pastry cutter to cut discs from 2 pikelets. Spread 6cm pikelet discs and remaining pikelets with hazelnut spread or cream cheese.
2. Arrange pikelets on serving plates and decorate with berries, M&M’s and black writing icing to make snowpeople. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
