Tropical Easter Eggs

Makes 6 eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g (1 1/2 cups) mango – equates to one large mango
  • 100 g (1 cup) overripe banana, mashed – equates to one medium banana
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Greek-style natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor and blitz until thoroughly combined.

Pour into egg molds and place into freezer for a minimum of 3 hours.

Allow to defrost slightly to soften before serving. Enjoy!
