Nut and Date Bliss Balls

Makes 16 balls

Prep 25 minutes plus refrigeration time


  • 75 g (3/4 cups) almonds
  • 75 g (3/4 cups) cashews
  • 100 g (3/4 cups) fresh dates, pitted
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) coconut oil
  • 10 g (3 tbsp) raw cacao powder


Preheat oven to 180 C.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and roast nuts for 10-15 minutes until very crunchy. Remove and let cool.

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed food processor until you have a fine crumbly consistency.

Roll half tablespoon portions into balls. Place in fridge for two hours until firm.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
